Our Leadership
Lamb of God Anglican Church is a new and currently forming mission in the Anglican Diocese of the Southeast (Reformed Episcopal Church). The Diocese of the Southeast is led by Bishop Willie Hill. The Reformed Episcopal Church is a founding member of the Anglican Church in North America.
I'm an Anglican priest, which I realize raises more questions than it answers for most people. Fair enough.
I have the joy of being the founding planter and pastor of Lamb of God Anglican Church. I am a redeemed child of God, husband, and father. I have a supportive, strong homemaking wife (Brooke) of twenty-three years and six beautiful children - and I'm a man who has never owned a pair of skinny jeans. Take it for what it's worth.
I was ordained a deacon in December of 2015 and as a priest in June 2016. I hold a BA in Biblical Studies from Trinity College of Florida and a Master of Worship Studies from the Robert E. Webber Institute for Worship Studies. Together with a team, I led New Creation Church (Anglican) in Hagerstown, MD for ten years. I also served for three years as the Associate Pastor of Holy Cross Cathedral, Loganville, GA. I'm a dedicated writer, and I also serve as the Anglican Antiquities Editor and Rector Search Coordinator at Anglican Compass.
I love the work of the priesthood. What I am most interested in is the ancient faith, delivered plainly. Word. Sacrament. The cross. The resurrection. Rooted in the liturgy and practices that have formed Christians for centuries and will form them long after the current moment's anxieties have passed. If that sounds like what you're looking for, pull up a chair.
